This amazing Merlot continues to be a very different breed from a "typical Merlot" found in most liquor stores. The sweet, burnt caramel aroma is combined with a fresh prune berry smell. This wine is light in body, but smooth and almost sweet to the palate. The luscious, vanilla oak finish keeps lingering long after it has been swallowed.
